The designer behind the screen
I help organisations train their staff through custom-made, digital training.
My speciality? Creating learning experiences truly addressing learners' needs and driving results.
After 2 decades of designing learning solutions, I combine the educational and business perspectives to create training that turns practice into performance.
My first stint as a language teacher was an in-company language course for the Polish TelCom. That's where I caught the bug for business training. I quickly learnt that teaching language courses for business involved lots of soft skills training... in a foreign language. That, of course, required a bit of learning on my side and developing a bespoke approach to course design and delivery. Later, I created and implemented soft skills courses ranging from presentation skills, time management and productivity, to intercultural communication. When I started delivering sales enablement training, I got totally captivated by the subject of sales. It's still enjoy creating e-learning in this field. It's a perfect fit for my favourite approaches: interactive scenarios and game-based, adaptive learning.

Hi, I'm Aggie, the founder of A.C. e-learning.
You may recognise some of the organisations I've worked for: Henkel, Aviva, GlaxoSmithKline, Lovells-Hagen, Fiserv, or Warsaw Stock Exchange.
I've also spent a few years in academia, working with international students at the University of York and Warwick. At the University of Social Sciences, I taught Erasmus programme students and prepared professors to lecture their subjects in English.
Then I pivoted to the corporate world where I designed courses in employability skills, sales enablement, or customer service for recruitment firms. I also redesigned the client's onboarding training into a gamified, digital learning experience that won over the learners and cut the ramp-up period by half.
I juggled working in-house and freelance e-learning design and development for years. Some time ago, I joined a company offering lots of digital training. I was thrilled to open the LMS with courses on any topic you could wish for. But when I started launching them my heart sank. I knew that e-learning can be so much better than that. And so I finally took the plunge and started working on my own. I've set up A.C. e-learning to help companies who want to offer their staff more than read-and-click kind of training.
I now work with organisations and training providers developing e-learning that engages learners and makes knowledge stick. Digital learning experiences that distil complex ideas into easy-to-absorb ones. Rather than just presenting information, my courses guide learners through the material and include lots of practice. And, I'm a big fan of gamification – the real thing, not gimmicks, badges, or leaderboards. I like adding game mechanics to boost learner motivation and improve retention, but only when they really benefit learners.
But, nothing beats first-hand experience. Have a go at my course samples and get in touch if you want a similar course.
